Same-day arrival service for Hong Kong imports may not be provided under the following special circumstances:
1)The delivery of goods is delayed or unable to be delivered due to the customer's reasons (the change of receiving address, unknown address, wrong address, failure to contact, request for rescheduled delivery, rejection, no agent, etc.);
2) The customer unit or the park does not allow foreign vehicles to enter, or for other reasons, resulting in the delay;
3)Delay caused by force majeure ("force majeure" refers to unforeseen, inevitable or insurmountable objective conditions and other objective conditions affecting the delivery time and causing the delivery delay, including but not limited to national or regional air or ground traffic system control or interruption (such as weather reasons), or communication system interference or failure, or government behavior, postal administration department change policy, war, earthquake, typhoon, flood, fire, fog, heavy rain and other similar events).
